UX/UI Design .
June 2018
Gathering all the information from the initial idea, selecting possible users, conducting interviews, collecting relevant data, designing and prototyping the interface, performing usability tests and documenting all the data in a well explained file. With a timeline of few months, the project had a very satisfactory result, not only in terms of approval / rejection, but also, the steps of a digital project were very clear. The "product is beautiful" was separated and understood in depth. The mainly proposal of the APP was that school transport drivers and those responsible for the students could had almost instantaneous and automatic communication from where is exactly the transport, from the driver's departure point, through every stop at each student house, until the arrival at the final destination
The tests were conducted with 5 users: two heavy users of urban mobility applications, two parents who use school transport services, and a driver who runs daily and could contribute to unforeseen events that occur daily. Most of these tests were conducted in a meeting room of a company, where there was no external interference, neither audio nor visual. In spite of the formal environment, as the testers were already known, to make the test more fluid an informal language was used.
